Museum Reich der Kristalle
the next stop was the kingdom of crystals which is part of the mineralogical state collection of Bavaria..the museum on display are varying displays of minerals form all over the worlds it is a small museum from a huge petrified wood stump examples of lab grown gems to paua shell and coral specimens the selection is broad and well worth a visit. I was surprised to find a small darkened room displaying suspended and rotating crystal display the rock glowed iridescent orange ,green pink and yellow these forms reminded me of mini Judy Darragh limbo sculptures
